HajjPath was born from firsthand experience with the operational strain of Hajj administration. The need first became clear in African Hajj operations, but the challenge is global: authorities and operators still manage quota, travel, and pilgrim records across too many disconnected tools.
The turning point came when a critical manifest error caused by manual data entry nearly prevented an entire delegation from boarding their flight. That moment crystallized the vision: Hajj teams needed a purpose-built digital platform, not more workarounds.
We assembled a team of engineers, designers, and Islamic travel experts who understood both the technical and cultural nuances of Hajj management. Working closely with regulatory bodies and operators across multiple countries, we built HajjPath: a platform that treats compliance as a feature, not an afterthought, and puts pilgrim welfare at the center of every decision.
